  ○ Custom or personalized products (e.g., custom scratch art kits).  
  ○ Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
3. Return Process

  ○ Provide your order number and a reason for the return.  
  ○ Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the item.
4. Refunds

  ○ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.  
  ○ Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items
